Once builder enters, unit will change from Sq.yards to Sq.ft. in 2420 Sq.Yards, we are expecting 17,000 Sq.ft construction. Hence Sq.ft will be divided in proportion to Sq.ft. After giving builder share we get X SQ.ft. The same will be shared in proportion. Example 1 Sq.yard =50,000 For Every Sq.yard 9 Sq.ft can be constructed. Sell the Sq.ft at 10,000 - you get 90,000.

Investors need to confirm participation and transfer minimum funds, respective investors will get the sq yds/ sq feet as per the auction value. Investors who enters after winning the auction, we will increase the price by 10% .
