This is particularly true in the case of buying land, where the cash component can be as high as 80%, which deters tax-paid investors from making such purchases. To address this issue, in fractional ownership, we source lands from government and bank auctions, which allows tax-paid investors to easily purchase properties.

On January 18th, OXYBRICKS enabled its investors to participate in an auction for 700 crore land parcels under the HMDA and successfully won a 2420 sq yard parcel in Bowrampet, Hyderabad.

Given the context, OXYBRICKS.WORLD is introducing fractional ownership in lands and buildings for investors who wish to invest seamlessly with their tax-paid earnings. The company aims to achieve a trading volume of 8000 crores by attracting 100,000 investors. Investors will have the option to purchase land and buildings as small as 10 sq yards or 100 sq feet.
